Building 1000 was a Design & Build Project which had previously been fitted out to a CAT A. Integra's scope was to take down all existing suspended ceilings, store the tiles in the under croft area. On release of the M&E works Integra installed a new suspension grid to all areas and re-used the previously saved tiles to all the General Office Areas.
Plasterboard feature ceilings were added to Breakout and Meeting Room areas as well as WC's. The Ground Floor West is where Bespoke ceilings and Curved Plasterboard Features met with a high quality of Design & Installation. The inclusion of Barisol Pods & Custom lighting to this area is cutting edge in terms of design & practicability. Future maintenance was considered throughout.
